Eating Healthy... for the most part

With Internet and social media access at our fingertips these days, it's not difficult to find amazingly healthy and tasty food choices, whether through shared recipes or good eats dining out. But with all the trending foods and articles about what to eat, what not to eat, diets that work, diets that don't work, who do you believe? What's right for you?

It boils down to what you want nutrition-wise and health-wise for you. I've been pretty much a healthy size 8 or 10 my entire adult life (including prior to the births of my 3 children as well as after the births). Now I know that I can put in the extra effort to shed a few more pounds (ok, a lot of pounds if I want to be SoCal skinny) and probably drop to a size 6, however, I also know that that would require a significant sacrifice in the way I eat, exercise and live currently at my age. With a well thought out and balanced wellness plan, I am gradually working towards an even healthier relationship with my food intake and exercise.

What do you do for exercise and nutrition that keeps you well balanced in your life?
